In addition to having a MA Realtors license, I previously maintained a MA Certified Residential Appraising license from 1994-2005; achieved professional designation of Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) with Appraisal Institute in 1991 and maintained until 1999; and have a BS in Accounting from Ithaca College, Ithaca NY.
